Privacy, tutoring inquiries and scheduling.
This notice describes tutoring inquiries, optional scheduling chat and optional analytics. The information pages remain available without using chat or allowing analytics.
Information you choose to submit
The tutoring inquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone number and optional general learning question to Special Ed Resource through its Cloudflare-hosted service and GoHighLevel customer-management system. The team uses these details to respond and discuss a consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment or enroll a student.
Scheduling chat loads only when you request it. If you start a conversation, the automated assistant processes your messages through our Cloudflare-hosted booking service and Anthropic. Contact and scheduling details may be processed in GoHighLevel, and conversation/booking records in our internal reporting service. A successful inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Please do not send diagnoses, student records, passwords or payment details.
Hosting and security services may process request information such as an IP address, requested URL, time and browser headers. This site does not accept file uploads or process payments.
Browser storage and optional analytics
For the current tab session, this site remembers the first recognized public page path, without query strings or fragments, so chat can retain its entry page across navigation. Chat also uses a session identifier. If you allow optional Google Analytics, your choice and one-way booking-confirmation hashes may be kept in tab-session storage to avoid counting the same confirmation twice. This does not establish first-entry attribution for inquiry forms.
Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow optional analytics. It is not required to browse, send an inquiry or book. The site respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can turn optional analytics off using the website control; stopping future measurement does not retract requests already sent.
With permission, Google Analytics measures recognized public page paths and limited actions such as requesting chat or a server-confirmed consultation booking. Site event code does not include names, contact details, student details, chat/form text, full URLs, query strings or appointment IDs in analytics payloads. Google’s tag can process device/network information and analytics cookies; do not assume the service is anonymous or that session-only consent means Google deletes data when a tab closes. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation. The configured property and its settings must match these practices.
When you choose a phone, email or external link
A phone link opens your calling application; an email link opens your email application. Information you choose to send is handled outside this static website. Links to Special Ed Resource, IEPMomentum, agencies and other organizations take you to services with their own policies and collection practices.
The separate IEP service destination can accept payment and schedule appointments under its own terms. This NM site does not process those payments.
Keep sensitive records out of a general inquiry
Please do not send full IEPs, diagnoses, medical histories, payment-card details, passwords or detailed student records through a general contact route. Ask our team how to share information needed for a service.
A parent or adult learner can describe the general academic goal first. This website is intended to help adults evaluate services; it is not an online classroom or a child account service.
Questions about information you shared
Call (844) 773-3822 to ask Special Ed Resource about the appropriate privacy contact or a request concerning your inquiry. Retention and access depend on the service and applicable requirements; no fixed deletion period or privacy certification is promised here.
