One concrete example is enough to begin. Describe what the learner is trying to do, what already helps and what you would like to become easier. Adult learners can speak directly about their own goals.

- What has worked well in previous instruction.
- Questions about online participation and educator matching.
- Practical questions about scheduling and current tutoring fees.
